Frequently asked questions

Can I manage multiple teams on the platform?

You can add up to 7 teams per group on the platform and you can add multiple groups, like age groups that have 1’s, 2’s and 3’s.

Do I have to pay for each coach or manager?

On the free plan you can add 5 coaches or managers. You can upgrade for an annual fee if you need to add more.

Are there any discounts avalaible?

We aim to work with sports governing bodies to distribute coupons that subsidise the Pro Club fee. 

Can I pay a monthly fee?

We know that sports only operate for parts of the year and as such would like to be able to pay monthly during the season and cancel during the off season. As such our fair pricing is set as a one off yearly fee so there is no back and forth of cancelling and re activating every season.

Are there any additional costs?

Using email to communicate with players is included on both the free and paid plans. You will need to purchase SMS credits to send messages from the platform.

How do you collect players availability?

You set the events that you want to collect availability for, select the individual players or teams and the contact method (email or SMS). Players then respond via a unique link, no login or account required.

Can you help set up our account on the platform?

If you sign up to the Pro Club offer, we can arrange an on-boarding session where we will set up your groups, import your players and provide a quick overview to your coaches.

Why is there a free option?

We built the Teamlists platform predominantly to help grassroots sporting clubs and the army of volunteers that run them. You will still have pay for premium services like SMS credits on the free account.
